There's more to life than money, ya know. Don't cha know that?

This past weekend I decided to just veg out and do some movie-watchin'. I kept to a theme and watched all the Coen bros movies that Netflix had to offer.
I started with Raising Arizona, which I think I had seen bits of, but that would have been ages ago. It was great! And pretty much the only role I've ever seen Nicolas Cage in that made me genuinely like him.

From there I went to the other two movies, which I had never heard of.

Miller's Crossing (1990)

Barton Fink (1991)

I watched both on the tv, so I couldn't do my own stills. The quality of these leave something to be desired

Both were definitely enjoyable movies. Odd, and probably something I wouldn't have liked at all a few years back. But I could certainly appreciate them. The dialogue in the Coens' movies is just amazing. And the sets! Whether it's a lavish hotel lobby or grimy little room, it's always perfect.

Then tonight while looking for something to watch, Fargo was on tv.
I hadn't seen this poster for the movie before, isn't it just awesome?
